London Fall Fest Vendor Application
1. Vendor must supply their
own tent.
2. 110 eclectic is
available. Vendors must supply their own
lights & outdoor electric cords.
3. Each vendor must have a working fire
extinguisher.
4. Any vendor selling food must obtain a health
permit from the health dept. & liability insurance.
5. Vendors
are responsible for their own insurance.
The London Strawberry Festival, Strawberry Royalty, Canaan Pathfinders 4-H or 4-H program & the
London parks & Rec. assume no liability for loss.
6. Vendors must be set up & open from 4-8PM
on November 1, 2008.
7. Vendors reserving space but not setting up
& remaining open will be banned from setting up at
future Fall Fest events.
Complete and
return the following no later than October 24th. Space is limited and will
be assigned on a first come first serve basis.
