Print and submit completed application, biography, and headshot photo with agreement to queen’s contract & parent’s contract, copy of last report card and registration fee. $10 entries must be received by mail no later than June 7, 2008. Mailed applications received after June 7^th will be returned to sender. Make money payable to London Strawberry Festival Queens’ Program. NO CASH or CHECKS.

Contestants must attend the meeting with a parent on June 16^th, however, no applications will be accepted after June 7^th.
