Note: There are several participation certificates that have not been picked up from past years.  There are also several items left in lost & found.  We even have items from past royalty.  Any certificate or other items not claimed by July 1 will be discarded.  They will be available at the information booth.

Note:  Our boys have represented London & the London Strawberry Festival wonderfully.  Unfortunately, due to lack of interest, we will no longer offer the Little Mr. and Prince divisions.

 

All division winners & attendants are REQUIRED TO TRAVEL with their parent.

Winners/attendants must agree to travel, sign the queen’s contract, parent’s contract, and notarized health/liability forms.  Winners/attendants & a parent must attend the photos & meeting at 6 PM on June 25th.

 

 

 

 

Print and mail completed application with a copy (not original) of last report card (birth certificate for 5 year olds not in school) and $10 registration fee.  $10 entries must be received by mail no later than June 18, 2012.  Not responsible for lost or late mail.  Any mailed applications received after June 18th will be returned to sender.  Applications submitted at the June 18th meeting require an extra $15 on site fee for a total of $25.  Make money order payable to London Strawberry Festival Queens’ Program.  NO CASH or CHECKS.

All applications must be received by June 18th.  Allow at least a week for mailing time.
