Entry Deadline: Monday, June 16, 2008, 6:30PM

Contestant photos for the newspaper will be taken at this time in Cowling Park.

Entry Fee: $10.00 for registrations received by mail no later than June 16.  Mailed applications received after June 16, will be returned to sender.  An additional $10 on site fee will be required on all registrations turned in at the photo meeting on June 16 for a total of $20. All contestants receive a photo, compliments of Snaps Photo & a certificate of participation.

Winners Receive: Trophy or ribbon

Dress Code: Casual Or Formal-Some glitter is ok but NO SUPER/ULTRA GLITZ OR COSTUMES

 

Contestants must be Madison County Residents.


 YOU MUST SUBMIT A COPY OF HOSPITAL OR BIRTH CERTIFICATE
WITH REGISTRATION & FEE.

NO LATE OR INCOMPLETE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED

NO EXCEPTIONS.

Contestants are invited to participate in both parades. Vehicle is the responsibility of the contestant. Opening parade is June 18 at 6 P.M. with line up at 5 PM on Park Ave. Queens parade is on June 21 at 5 P.M. with line up at 4 PM on Park Ave. No judging is done during the parades. Winners are required to attend the photos/meeting on June 24th.
