Strawberry Food Contest

Open to all ages.

Friday, June 25, 7-8PM at Advantage Bank Parking Lot

Class 1 Deserts

Class 2 All Other (salads, non-alcoholic drinks,

main dish, etc)

Requirements

1. All foods must contain at least one of the following:

Fresh strawberries, frozen strawberries, strawberry flavor, strawberry jam, jelly or preserves.

2. All foods must be accompanied by the recipe.

Recipes become the property of the London Strawberry Festival. Recipe with contributors name, may be published in a future London Strawberry

Festival Cookbook. Photos may be included.

Foods will be judged at 8PM, then released at 8:30.

Winners will be announced after parade.

Items left will be discarded at 11PM.

Cake & Cookie Decoration Contest

All Ages

Decorated items will be on display during the festival.

Check in Wednesday, June 23 , 6:15-7:15 PM at Dwyer Chiropractic.

1. You may use a real cake or cake form. All items must

be decorated using a strawberry theme.

2. All cakes or cookies must be accompanied by the

recipe. Simply note if a cake form was used.

3. All items must include icing recipe.

4. All items must include a list of decorating supplies &

materials.

Example: decorator bag with writing tip filled with red

icing, decorator bag with leaf tip filled with green

icing, 3 chocolate strawberries, 5 fresh strawberries,

white icing.

6. Include icing directions. Example: Cover cake in white

icing. Write London Strawberry Festival in red. Place

strawberries and add green leaves.

Winners will be announced after the parade.

Entries must be picked up from the information booth/tent between 9-11PM on Saturday, June 26. Items left will be discarded.
