Queens’ Luncheon

Dear Festival & Fair Queens,

The London Strawberry Festival and Queen Selena Stewart cordially invite you to attend our festival, queens’ luncheon, and parade on Saturday, June 23, 2012. All royalty members are invited. Your queen is our guest. Jr. Miss Savannah Stewart, Prince William Smith, Young Miss Jayda Cunningham, Little Miss Emily Edwards, Little Mr. Jonathan Haimerl, Miss Shortcake Lexie & Mr. Shortcake Trevor Haimerl extend this invitation to your younger courts. Your Queen is our guest. Chaperons and royalty members other than your queen must pay $12 per person for the luncheon.

The luncheon will be held from 1:30-3:30 PM at the Della Selsor Building on the Madison County Fairgrounds (217 Elm Street, London OH, 43140). Registration will begin at 12:30. Unfortunately, no one will be available to open the Della before 12:30. If you wish to arrive earlier, please, feel free to join us at the festival grounds for the baby contest or COBRA Car Show. There are ample changing facilities available. All personal belongings must be taken with you, as we will not be able to return to the Della Selsor.

Parade line up will be 4PM on Park Ave. by Cowling Park and parade begins at 5PM. It will end past the main stage where the royalty will disembark and return for the queens’ speeches/festival introductions. At this time, contest awards will be presented and the 2012 queen will be crowned. Parking will be available behind the London Middle School.

Madison is looking forward to visiting with everyone she has traveled with during the past year. We hope you can attend.

Tentative Schedule

12:30 Registration/crown pins & jewelry available

1:15 walk ins/pay at door registrations will only be accepted as space permits after registered guests are seated

1:25 Group Photo-photos will be available for a minimal cost during the luncheon & after the parade at the information booth.

1:30-3:30 Luncheon

4:00-5:00 Line up

5:00 Parade followed by contest awards, speeches & queen crowning

8:15 Evening entertainment

Snaps Photo will be taking group photos that will be available for purchase during the luncheon & at the info booth during introductions of visiting queens.
