Monday, June 20

6:30-7:00PM	final baby registrations accepted
7:00 PM	baby contestant photos
7:00-7:30 PM	Final Shortcake, Little, Young/Prince, Jr. & Queen registrations
7:30 PM	Shortcake, Little, Young/Prince, Jr., & Miss photos followed by modeling/runway clinic & mandatory contestant & parent meeting (in the event of a conflict with another ORGANIZATION, an appoint may be scheduled for the evening of June 21 by contacting the queens director prior to June 20)-contestants not attending this meeting @ Cowling Park with parent/guardian will be disqualified-no exceptions

Wednesday, June 22

4:00 or 5 PM	Streets close & food vendor set up begins
6:15-7:15 PM	Contest Registration & check in: largest homegrown strawberry, toy building, shoebox float, window/house/yard decorating, story & poetry, coloring, art, photogenic, cake & cookie decorating, at London City Council Chambers.
6:30 PM @ assigned time	Jr. & Miss Interviews at London City Council Chambers

10:50	Stage practice for shortcakes, little, young/prince, jr. & miss contestants-be sure to sign in
11:00 PM	Festival Opens & All Vendors Open;
11:30	Modeling Contest
12:00	State Street Band – Main Stage
6:00 PM	Mr. & Miss Shortcake Contest Main Stage Entries due by June 20
6:30 PM	Royalty Contest- Main Stage (Little, Young/Prince, Jr., Queen Entries due June 20 ; NO EXCEPTIONS!
7:00 PM	Kiddie Tractor Pull @ Advantage Bank Sponsored by: Madison Pediatrics - Prizes awarded immediately & photos taken
End of Royalty Contest	Miss Photogenic announced
