The London Strawberry Festival would like to invite all royalty, youth, school and civic groups, and anyone interested, to participate in our parade, Saturday, June 22, 2024. This parade will welcome bands, pets, costumed pets, decorated bikes & children's wagons, walkers and floats of all kinds among others.
For safety reasons, we ask that if you choose to give candy or other items, that it be handed out rather than thrown from a vehicle. (We reserve the right to remove any participant from the event for throwing items.) Please, no riding on roofs or hoods of vehicles.
Recognition will be awarded for the best decorated unit following a Strawberry theme; best decorated bike, wagon, & pet. Canaan Pathfinders 4-H will present a best 4-H themed unit award. Awards will be presented on the main stage following the parade. Winners should report to the information booth for photos.
Liability Waiver By participation in the parade, participants agree to hold harmless the London Strawberry Festival & its volunteers from all liability, injuries & accidents.
