Entries must be typed or neatly printed.
Submit a copy and keep the original.

Be sure Contestant's 1st & last name, email and phone number is on the back of the entry.  Please indicate if this is an adult or youth (include age) entry.

Winners
Winners will be announced after the parade on Saturday.   Winners will receive beautiful ribbons.

Entries may be used in future publications. Publication permission is granted to the London Strawberry Festival upon submission of entry.  All entries must become the property of the festival and will not be returned.  Keep original for yourself.
